We’ll cover situational awareness, open-house and showing protocols, positioning and exit planning, verbal boundaries, and creative ways everyday objects can help protect you and create an opportunity to escape. The session concludes with hands-on instruction in simple, practical self-defense techniques designed for real-world situations—no martial arts experience required.
