About

I joined the LRA and started my own career in real estate in 2019, but as a second generation REALTOR I was exposed to real estate at a very young age. My father, the late Thomas J Morano, was a REALTOR in Ozaukee County for many years. My favorite thing about real estate is creating connections with my clients. Every buyer and seller have different needs and I love coaching them through the process in a way that works specifically for them. I also have an eye for interior design, and became a certified Home Staging Design Professional in 2022. 

Not only do I value the connections with my clients, but it's very important to me that I connect and build relationships with local REALTORS. While in a transaction, our job is to communicate and work together to help our clients reach their goals. I believe it is in all our best interests to grow and promote the value of REALTORS, and as a member of the Board of Directors I hope to continue and expand on the great work the current board has already achieved. 

Being a lifetime resident in Ozaukee County, I also enjoy volunteering at community events, and for two years I have been a member of the Port Washington Promotions Committee.
