Jim has been a full time REALTOR® since 1997 and is the other half of Team Kapellen. In addition to being partners in real life as husband and wife, Gail and Jim have 70 years of experience in the business, sales, and “real”-ty world. They are life-long residents of Sheboygan County and 20 years ago, started a family-owned real estate company, Pleasant View Realty. As of today, that company has grown to a family of 23 agents and 3 administrative support staff.
