Legal and Legislative Update: 
Jennifer Lindsley, WRA Director of Legal Services and Licensing, will provide an update on the "Multiple Listing Options for Sellers" policy that took effect on March 25, 2025, which allows sellers to choose delayed marketing of their properties while ensuring compliance with MLS requirements and supporting fair housing practices. 

The Legal and Legislative Update session will also cover current legal and legislative issues affecting the real estate industry, property rights, and your business, and has been approved for one hour of CE credit for the 2025-26 Wisconsin real estate biennium.
