Beginning March 1, 2026 (the date has been pushed from Dec. 1), the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) will require mandatory reporting on residential property purchases made by non-individual buyers (e.g., LLCs, corporations) when no institutional lender is involved.
