REALTOR® and Affiliate of the Year are the highest honors the Lakeshore REALTORS® Association bestows upon its members. The awards are presented annually to a REALTOR® and Affiliate nominated by his or her peers and selected by the Awards Committee — which is an impartial panel made up of past ROYs and past presidents. The Awards Committee reviews all nominations, taking into consideration each nominee’s involvement in the community and participation in the association.
