REALTOR® and Affiliate of the Year are the highest honors the Lakeshore REALTORS® Association bestows upon its members. The awards are presented annually to a REALTOR® and Affiliate nominated by his or her peers and selected by the Awards Committee — which is an impartial panel made up of past ROYs and past presidents.
