My professional journey has been a diverse and exciting one. Prior to my real estate career, I served as the Marketing Director at Bayshore Town Center for 15 years. It was during this time that I honed my skills in marketing, customer service, and community engagement – skills that have proven invaluable in the world of real estate.
In 2017, I took a significant step by acquiring the brokerage I had been working with, Integrity Real Estate Team. A move that solidified my dedication to this industry. Since then, I've continued to thrive, earning a remarkable 5-star rating on Google and building lasting friendships with the wonderful clients I've had the privilege of serving.
Currently, I serve on the Lakeshore Realtors Association Board and serve as President of the Lakeshore Realtors Foundation. Both roles provide me with even more opportunity to make a difference in our community while building stronger relationships with my colleagues.

I live in the Northern Kettle Moraine Unit area and have been a REALTOR for 21 years. I currently run a small brokerage, Birchwood Properties LLC, in Dundee (Campbellsport). My husband and I own several properties including Dundee's Roadhouse. I managed a Harley Davidson parts department right out of college and have 30 years of management experience. I have been a real estate investor since I was 22 years old.
I decided to apply for a position on the board based on the struggles my whole office and other good REALTORS have been through since 2020. We have great agents who are good people, trying to do the right thing for our clients and our colleagues. But this "hot market" and fluctuating interest rates have taken a toll on ethics, commonsense and service skills.
The struggles we all encounter while trying to do the right thing are heartbreaking. There’s a lack of communication, education and training which puts agents, buyers, and sellers in very unsavory positions. My hope is for the next generation of agents to be good, honest, customer-oriented individuals. We need training, support, and resources to prevent bad situations from occurring in the first place. I think more training will make a difference, and I want to make a difference for a positive future in real estate. Thank you for your consideration!

I have been married to my wonderful husband for 34 years. We have 2 children, 2 cats and 1 dog. We are about to welcome our first grandchild.
I spend time in both Sheboygan and Ozaukee counties. 3 years ago we moved from my hometown of Random Lake and currently live between Port Washington and Grafton. We are currently building a new home in Random Lake.
While I have only been in real estate for 3 years, my 30 year career in insurance taught me a lot about homes, reading inspections, and learning the uniqueness of each home.
I believe we all work better when we work together rather than seeing each other as adversaries or competitors. I believe in growing and learning everything so you can to be even better at your job. I look forward to working with the board.

I have been a real estate agent for over 17 years, and I truly enjoy it! I like helping buyers find their dream home and enjoy the challenge of helping sellers sell their homes. Overall, I feel I bring a level of compassion and understanding to the real estate process. Not every client's/customer's needs are the same and I'm able to adjust to various needs that are required in the real estate process - which is also what I enjoy about my job. No real estate transaction is the same!!! I look forward to joining the Lakeshore Realtors Board and helping in whatever capacity is needed. I have been involved in a number of groups and organizations over the years - from parent groups when my children were younger to church organizations, YMCA and others. I look forward to bringing some new ideas to the organization.

I am a seasoned and accomplished professional with an impressive career in the real estate industry, proudly holding a real estate license since 2005. With nearly two decades of experience under my belt, I have consistently demonstrated dedication, expertise, and a commitment to serving both clients and the community.
I currently serve as a Lakeshore REALTORS Association Board of Director member. My experience on the board has given me a deep understanding of the responsibilities and challenges that come with guiding an organization toward success. In addition to my role as a board member, I serve as the Branch Manager of a highly successful title company, Knight Barry Title, in Port Washington. I am deeply committed to giving back to the community and have worked with the Association's MECO committee over the past year. I have dedicated my time and energy to volunteer work with local charities, demonstrating a strong sense of social responsibility. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my three children, kayaking, hiking, traveling, gardening and reading.

Jennifer Klug
I have worked in the real estate industry in Southeastern Wisconsin for 14+ years. I love being involved in the community as well as getting to know all the agents and other affiliates. I think I would be a great assist to the board in many ways. I moved to Cedarburg almost 2 years ago and love the Ozaukee and Sheboygan communities.

AJ Schley
My name is AJ Schley and I am the Account Executive for Frontier Title & Closing Services. I head up our Port Washington office and services the Ozaukee, Washington, Sheboygan counties, as well as the counties further north. I enjoy spending time with his family – it’s my top priority when I'm out of the office! I like to attend sporting events and take my boat out on the lake. My favorite place to be is outdoors – specifically playing sand volleyball and practicing my archery skills!
I want to join the Lakeshore Realtors Association board to contribute my expertise in Sales, Business Development and Real Estate, foster collaboration among members, and help shape policies that benefit our community. My extensive experience in these industries and strong communication skills make me a great candidate to facilitate positive change and growth within the association.

Linda Serrano
I enjoy educating all borrowers about the financial aspects of buying a home and helping them achieve their dreams of home ownership. Skilled in working with first time home, investors and people who have bought a home before. I feel I would be a great addition to the board and help as an Affiliates Director. I have been part of the board since it was Sheboygan County Board of Realtors. During that time, I held the Treasurer and Affiliate director potions. In addition, I participate in different committees and enjoyed every minute of it. I am ready to jump back in it.

Bridget Tally-Brill
I joined the bank’s Cedarburg team in November 2022 with over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including seven years as a REALTOR. I am responsible for developing new and enhancing existing retail banking relationships in Cedarburg and the surrounding communities. I am passionate about educating buyers and guiding them through the home financing process whether they decide to build, purchase, or refinance their home. I am committed to providing the best service possible in what could be the largest purchase a person may ever make.
Having been a REALTOR, I know the important role they play in the community. I served on the Sheboygan Board of REALTORS for several years and also on several committees. I have also had a variety of roles with the Sheboygan County Homebuilder Association including President, membership committee, Home Expo and Parade of Homes. It takes a lot of work and a commitment to the association to help everyone succeed in this business.
